The VIP Team plans it all. From first booking to walking out of the park, you can trust the dedicated team of VIP coordinators and hosts to have arranged for the most special day for all involved. The kids will leave asking “when can we go back?” and the adults will feel like they’ve won the day!

The Ultimate Unlimited dining experience offers guests the option to dine at ANY of our dining locations in the Park including Knights' Smokehouse BBQ or guests can also stop by one of our Resort Hotels for increased relaxation: Skyline Lounge at the LEGOLAND California Hotel or Dragon’s Den at the Castle Hotel between the hours of 12:00pm–4:00pm

VIP Experience Information
- The VIP experience requires a minimum of 2 guests to book. All guests (including children ages 2 years old and above) require the purchase of our VIP experience to accompany the tour group.
- Following a finalized booking, a member of the VIP Experience Team will contact you at the phone number or email address associated with your booking to discuss the details of your experience. If you do not receive a phone call or email within 48 hours of booking, please contact LLCRVIPTeam@LEGOLAND.com
- Gratuities for VIP Hosts are not included in the price of your tour. Gratuities are discretionary and should be based on the quality of service you receive. Tour hosts may accept gratuities in cash however; LEGOLAND California is a cashless Resort.
- Purchase of the Ultimate VIP package guarantees entrance to the park and a separate reservation is not required. Admission ticket included in the VIP Experience is valid for LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE Aquarium and is not valid for LEGOLAND Water Park.
- Our team of VIP experts can help you preplan details such as start times, special celebrations, dietary needs, and specific family priorities for the day.
- Your VIP Tour schedule will not be a minute-by-minute itinerary which allows impromptu changes to be made along the way if needed. The host will cater the day to your group’s interests and needs.
- Tour length is customizable to your needs. With the Ultimate Tour, your tour can last up to 7 hours. With the UltimatePLUS Tour, your experience has no time limit.
- Earliest tour start is 10 AM. VIP groups are to meet their host in the LEGOLAND California lobby unless otherwise specified.
- VIP Tours are non-refundable. Date changes that are requested less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival time will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $75.
- UltimatePLUS behind-the-scenes experiences are subject to daily availability. All offerings, services and experiences are subject to availability, change or cancellation without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
- VIP Tours are outdoor walking tours. Make sure to come prepared in comfortable walking shoes and clothing.
- Before you join the fun, remember that all guests are subject to standard bag checks before entry. Find out which items should stay home here.
- All Resort guests access the parking lot through the same point of entry. We recommend allowing extra time for entry and having your parking voucher ready to scan at the entrance gate and valet station. The parking voucher will be attached to your ticket order and can be scanned directly from your phone!
