Parking:
When you arrive at the LEGOLAND welcome gate, please stay in the far-left lane for Hotel Guests.
Hotel Parking Rates:
- Hotel Self-Parking: Included with room reservation.
- Hotel Overnight Valet: Valet parking is available at the LEGOLAND Hotel & Pirate Island Hotel. Pre-Paid Valet, if purchased ahead of guest arrival, is $30/daily. Valet purchased day of arrival will be $40/daily.
- LEGOLAND® Beach Retreat guests receive a complimentary parking pass for LEGOLAND® Florida Theme Park. Please display the parking pass on your dash when arriving at the toll booth.
All parking rates listed are per night / per day.
Checking In:
Self-Check-In: Avoid the rush! Complete your pre-check-in and be notified by text or email when your room is ready. Once you receive the QR code, visit our Self-Check-In kiosks to check into your room and start your stay!
Check-in is after 4:00p.m. We do our best to prepare our rooms as quickly as possible for you! However, due to high occupancy, rooms will not likely be available until after 4:00p.m.
All travel documents, including tickets you may have purchased, will be sent via email 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date.
- To upload your tickets to the LEGOLAND Florida mobile app for easy Park access, download the app and use the order number found on your ticket.
- Resort Fee includes nightly in-room refreshments, nightly surprises for the kids, luggage service, standard wireless internet, and self-parking.
- Valid credit card for incidental charges and photo ID are required at check in. $100 per day is pre-authorized for incidentals.
Breakfast:
LEGOLAND Hotel and Pirate Island Hotel: All stays at LEGOLAND Hotel and Pirate Island Hotel include complimentary breakfast at either Bricks Family Restaurant or Shipwreck Restaurant.
LEGOLAND® Beach Retreat: Complimentary Breakfast is served on a first come, first-served basis. Arrive early for minimal wait times as wait times after 8:30a.m. may exceed 20 minutes.
Helpful Info for Your Stay
Quiet Time: We are a Family Friendly hotel with lots of tired little ones. Please respect your neighbors during the Quiet Hours of 10:00p.m. - 7:00a.m.
Thermostat: Our thermostats run on a quiet system, please allow 15-30 minutes to reach the set temperature.
Amenities:
Wi-Fi: No password required. Just log on to LEGOLAND Guest.
Hotel Pool: Towels are available on the pool decks for the hotel pools and LEGOLAND Water Park. (No towels are provided at LEGOLAND Water Park.)

Reminders:
Express & Late Check outs: Check out is at 11:00a.m. The final bill reflecting charges from your stay will be sent to the email on file. For guests with pre-purchased late check out, check out is at 1:00p.m.
We are a NON-SMOKING property. There is a $250 charge for smoking in rooms, hotel common spaces, or on the patio.
Candles: Candles of any kind are not permitted in rooms.
Service Animals: We welcome service animals to the Resort and ask that any emotional support animals or pets be left at home.
