HOW DO I SHOP?
- To shop at LEGOLAND New York Resort, all guests entering to shop must obtain a Shopper’s Pass.
- Obtain the Shopper’s Pass at the ticket window (outside of the Park Entry) which allows you to enter the Park for one hour to shop.
- A deposit equivalent to the cost of a single-day ticket at GATE RATE is required for each person entering the park to shop.
- If all Shopper’s leave within 59 minutes and spend a minimum of $25.00* in our retail shops, we’ll refund your ticket(s) and parking is free.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
- As you leave, visit the Guest Experience Center (inside of the Park) and present your dated ticket(s) and present your dated retail RECEIPT(s) for $ 25.00. The ticket date(s) and the retail receipt date(s) must match the date of the admission ticket.
- Should you exceed the 59 minutes OR not have a dated retail receipt(s) for a minimum expenditure of $25.00, you will not be refunded for your Shopper’s Pass, and you will have to pay for parking upon exiting.
*2025 Season Shopper’s Pass will require a minimum retail expenditure of $25.00 to qualify for the refund as well as meeting timed requirement.
