Reserve & Ride is a system that queues for you, leaving you more time to explore the park!
Using your mobile phone, enjoy one of our two services; Reserve & Ride or Mix & Match. Virtually wait a ride's queue time, freeing you up to visit other attractions, shops and restaurants in the park while you are waiting your turn.
Reservations are made one at a time, and prior reservations must be used or cancelled before booking the next.
Please note that numbers are limited, so we encourage you to pre-book your Reserve & Ride ahead of your visit.

How To Use Reserve & Ride
- Step 1: Download the LEGOLAND New York mobile app here.
- Step 2: On the bottom toolbar, select Shop and then Reserve & Ride on the Shop page.
- Step 3: Log in to Reserve & Ride using the email address given on booking and create a password.
- Step 4: Wait for you day in the Park!
- Step 1: Open the LEGOLAND New York mobile app.
- Step 2: On the bottom toolbar, select Shop and then Reserve & Ride on the Shop page.
- Step 3: Log into Reserve & Ride using the email address given on booking. If you have not logged in previously, create a password for this account.
- Step 4: Select Reserve & Ride then Redeem
- Step 5: Select a ride, and a countdown will begin. Once the countdown is complete a QR code will be generated.
- Step 6: Present QR code to the staff to ride. Enjoy the ride!
- Step 7: You’re now ready to select your next ride!
Reserve & Ride can be activated in advance for guests who purchase through the LEGOLAND website. You can activate on the day of your visit as early as 8:00 AM. Guests do not need to be within the Resort to activate their session. LEGOLAND Vacation purchases must be activated upon arrival at the Reserve & Ride booth in The Beginning. Guests will utilize their mobile device to use Reserve & Ride.

Additional Reserve & Ride Services
One-Shots allows you to purchase for ONE of the Reserve & Ride rides and use that selected ride individually. You'll receive an instant reservation for one-time access to the selected ride through the Reserve & Ride entrance.
To purchase, follow these steps!
- Download the LEGOLAND New York mobile app here.
- On the bottom toolbar, select Shop and then Reserve & Ride on the Shop page.
- Once you're in, click "SHOP" at the top of the page, scroll down and select "Single Rides and Bundles"
- Select which ride you'd like to purchase
Important Information

Reserve & Ride does not include theme park entry. Park admission will need to be purchased separately. All guests ages 2 years old and above are required to purchase an admission ticket for entry to the Park.
- There will be times when Reserve & Ride holders will be required to wait past their allotted wait time due to unforeseen circumstances.
